Audit with Short Report
Looking for the basics? The short report (2 pages, provided on-site) is ideal for folks who are less interested in the building science and construction details and mostly just want a prioritized list that will guide them as they hire contractors for improvements.

Audit with Long Report
Want to dig in a bit deeper? The long report (8-10 pages, emailed within a week of the visit) provides construction specifications, diagrams, research links, and more. It’s great for folks who are interested in the science and technology – and who may do some improvements themselves. The report also describes a long-term pathway to net-zero for your home, includes miscellaneous energy tips, and more.

Add-on Diagnostic Services
Viridiant’s add-on diagnostic services (see below) can be added to your in-home energy audit to measure the performance of key systems in the home. These can be selected as part of the energy audit registration.
Infrared Scan
Our energy auditors use infrared technology to find weak spots in your home’s thermal envelope. This service is weather dependent.

Our energy auditors measure how drafty your home is and highlight problem areas that should be addressed.
