Webinar – What’s New in Single Family Certification: EarthCraft House and Energy Guarantees

Guaranteed energy bills of $50* a month? Sounds pretty good, right? With Viridiant’s new Energy Guarantee, homeowners can feel confident in their monthly expenses and builders can market a stable, affordable home. On July 1, Viridiant and Southface Energy Institute will launch the new, improved EarthCraft House program,  featuring a streamlined certification worksheet, new “badges” that replace certification levels, and reduced costs for the base certification of new projects. Builders who register their projects between now and the end of 2018 with the newly updated EarthCraft House program and “performance badge” will automatically qualify for the energy guarantee.
